"Loved it here. The staff was very helpful. Picked us up from train station at 630 am on a Sunday morning when we had no ride and again back to train in his own car! Also found us a great taxi. Very accommodating. Gourmet breakfast with many options on rooftop with amazing view. 5 stars all around"

"In the past food was much better, not enough options at breakfast etc. The front stairs to enter so dirty as well as the pool area nothing cleaned daily including pool chairs. We will not go back The air conditioning was horrendous too!!!! We will not return. "

"It’s like an Oasis in amongst a very run down area . Streets are quite dirty and don’t give a great impression when you first arrive. The owners responded quickly when there we a few issues with the water and some facilities. The place was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was good. There is a nice pool and sun beds but they charge you €8 per day to use it and you can use if after 6pm which we weren’t made aware of. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. "

"Very out dated hotel now way is this a 4 star hotel they said there is wi fi but never worked the room had a strange smell in it when we arrived worked out it was the bed throw. No breakfast at all i mean not wven coffee. "Purtroppo per un disguido dovuto ad un gusto, il proprietario della struttura ha dovuto cambiarci alloggio. Comunque è una persona molto cordiale e molto onesto, ci ha fatto alloggiare ai Giardini Naxos in un appartamento molto carino, un bilocale mansardato con un bel balcone panoramico sull'Etna e Taormina, in base a dove guardavi potevi scorgere uno dei due.
