Great family stay

We had to postpone the stay after the cancellation time, but the hotel staff were understanding and postponed our stay. The stay was fabulous. We had a great time. The hotel is clean and convenient, the staff is friendly and the view is astonishing. We had a room in front of the swimming pool with a 10 year old child. The swimming pool is clean and half shaded. The breakfast is rich and tasty with high variety. The dining area was clean and the staff were friendly.

The Olive Gilboa has a lovely view of the Jezreel Valley and its location made it uniquely convenient to explore wildflowers in the spring- the purpose of our journey! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious and shaped more like trapezoids with very high ceilings. We loved the Israeli breakfast!

The service started good, ended very badly.

Great hotel, great view. But then, they did a mistake with the checkout time, and their service was awful. Ive asked them using the chat in hotels.com, the checkout time on Shabat and receive an answer that it is one hour after Shabat. They said they werent notified, and blame me for it, asked me to leave. In the end, they let me stay, but the relaxed vacation, ruined.

Nice hotel, paying a bit more for the larger rooms is worth it. Nice pool and view, the breakfast wasn't great quality but a nice variety.

The rooms are beautifully designed but there is no thought about the small details. There were no utensils, some of the lights didn’t worked etc. The staff wasn’t really helpful and didn’t provided the felling of professionalism or an ambition to help.
