Beautiful location, beautiful grounds, beautiful room. All staff were so friendly, happy and helpful, Ana was wonderful; she welcomed me on arrival and was around to make suggestions and help with anything. Food was fantastic. Sunset spot with saxophone player was amazing. Beautiful little surprises throughout the stay. This might be my favourite place to stay ever

Wow….such an amazing hotel! We stayed in the suite Del Mar, which was incredible. The suite was huge, the two porches overlooked the beach, and we loved everything about the room. The property was so fun, with its beautiful pool and beachfront restaurant. The surprises were plentiful and so thoughtful!! Loved it!!!

2-day stay here on Gili Air in the beautiful Gili Islands. Beachfront hotel on the west side and great for sunset. The rooms are comfortable with great amenities. The food and the hotel beach bar/restaurant is excellent and the service from Yura on reception, along with Nunung, Noval and Jenz was 1st class. We'll be back soon.

We stayed here for a week. An excellent hotel with fantastic, helpful staff. A big thanks to Noval and his team. Room was clean and peaceful and provided everything that we required (but could do with somewhere better to dry swimming gear/towels etc) Breakfast was good and we loved the little surprise treats around the pool in the afternoon and in our room at bedtime. We ate dinner at the hotel on 3 occassions- it was good as was the entertainment. There are also other good dining options very close by. Overall we found this hotel provided an exceptional, fun experience and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Gili Air

The room or “Cocoon” as it is cold in here are clean and they have nice showers. Best pool in Gili Air The food is brilliant plus during dinner there is always something going on, either a singer or saxophonist or fireworks even. Last, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming

The most original and fun hotel! When I booked this pink hotel I didn't know what to expect. After researching everything on Gili Air it seemed the best and it blew away everything else on the island when we got there! Ana Guysenova manages this property and made sure every last detail was perfect for my group. She helped us with reservations every night and made sure we go the best table. Helped us do the private pink boat to snorkel. She was part of the girls and we wanted to take her with us♡ Thank you for making our stay so special!!! The hotel itself is perfect for a few days away. Its set away from all the busy areas on the nicest section of the island. All adults which I love. Rooms are beautiful and every day they left a treat or surprise in our room. The breakfast is to die for. Love that it isn't a buffet. The fish burger was so good I had it four times for lunch and dinner. We ventured out a few times but always came back because the food was so much better there! The pool is the perfect temperature and they had free drinks and snacks all day. You can't go wrong staying here. I'm already booked for next year with my group!

I've been to Gili Air many times and have always walked past this hotel (and smirked at it's kitschness). Then a friend said "This is where we're staying! I surrendered, and I'm so happy that I did. The hotel goes out of their way to ensure you're comfortable. Breakfast confused me a bit as it was included but we still got menus. So I ended up having both the included and the ordered. All in all it was a great stay and the resplendent sunsets just added to the charm. Thank you

The staff were very attentive, helpful and pleasant to be around. The rooms were in great condition and the pool is breathtaking, especially at night. While it is rated as a 3 star hotel, we felt like we had a 5 star experience. I loved it so much that I’ve already booked another visit at one of their other locations.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff really look after you, nice surprises every day, great location, walkable to the more busy areas. Would highly recommend taking the pink speedboat out for a snorkelling trip, it was a highlight of our trip. Stop reading the reviews and book this hotel!!!
