In another side, we have to apologize for the problem when you ordered carriage, sometime the carriage driver does not accept to carry more than 2 persons with luggage (depending on number of luggage off course), in fact they could accommodate in one carriage. BUT we will pass this message on to our front office manager to brief again all the front desk staff how to handle this situation. We see that all the comments are valid and agreeable, we are newly open and one of the pools did not work properly and needs maintaining but this has worked and has been operational now. As a new resort, we understand that all our staff need some training but this is also under control right now. There were only a few customers when we newly open but now there is no more issue for the breakfast for our guests as the breakfast is served in a buffet style now. We do have another pool facing to the ocean which the guests could use when the garden pool was under maintenance. The garden pool is now operational and there is no more issue for this.
