The room is reasonably clean. There are just a couple of nits: The road leading to the hotel is unpaved. The only paved area includes the area in front of the office and parking in front of the rooms. The shower area is tight, about 30 X 30. With tight area like this, it would be better if the shower is handheld. Otherwise, it is an OK stay.

Check-in was quick and smooth—huge thanks to the friendly staff for making it easy. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the two tables and several chairs in each room, plus the two nightstands in each room with built-in outlets and USB ports—super convenient for charging devices! While the rooms only had stand-in showers (no tubs), it wasn’t an issue for us. Plenty of parking available, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Overall, a great place to stay—comfortable, functional, and hassle-free!

Everything was great…the only thing is after walking barefoot in the room and getting in the shower my feet were filthy, so they need to do a better job mopping their laminate flooring between visits.

Good Stay

This motel might not look like much from the outside, but I thought the room was comfy and the couple that runs the place was friendly and hospitable. I’d recommend staying here if you are looking for an inexpensive stay located within reasonable driving distance of Monterey or Santa Cruz!

Shocked to find a hidden Gem!

The stay was great, inviting, comfortable environment. I stayed in a smoking room and you couldn't even tell it was a smoking room. It smelt fresh and was clean all over looks up to date plenty of room a table with chairs and a business table with chair micro and mini fridge, really cold ac and a very good price worth every penny. I will be back!

In town for a festival, stayed for 4 days because it was cheapest motel in area. Nothing fancy. Mattress was hard, shower had too much power almost knocked a nipple off but water was hot. Nice family that runs it. No issues, I’d just pay a little more to have a bit more comfort. It did the job though.

Great for monterrey car week 2024

The Area arriving to the hotel is not the greatest but that is not the property's fault the rooms while on the older side were very clean and perfectly usable. Microwave and fridge in the room. Close enough but very price conscious.
