部屋は綺麗ですが、シャワーの水圧が弱く排水口からの逆流した匂いで臭かったです。部屋のエアコンも全く機能せずに寒いのに暖房が全く効かない状況で苦痛でした。

메트리스가 딱딱해서 뒤집어져 있는걸로 생각이 들엇지만 확인하면 화가 나서 여행을 망칠까바 확인은 안햇습니다. 그리고 게스트룸 복도가 벽지로 인테리어가 되어 잇엇는데 보기 좋지 않게 울퉁불퉁 일어난 곳이 많아서 방문객임에도 부실공사가 눈에 보이는 상태엿으며, 샤워실에 문이 없어서 물이 바깥으로 다 흘러나와 너무 싫엇습니다. 라마다란 이름에 맞지 않는 분위기엿습니다

Room was clean but the hotel needs some upgrade . There was no shower door so water was spilling everywhere on the floor . The amenities were a bit dated . The breakfast was awesome . Overall good stay but hotel needs to fix a few things .

전반적으로 관리에 대한 부분이 아쉽습니다. 관리 잘된 비지니스호텔이 나을수도 있습니다. 냉장고 위 먼지가 가득하고, 침구류 위생상태등 전혀 관리가 안되는 모습입니다. 침구류 냄새가 심해서 가방베고 잤습니다.

退房時前堂服務人員態度非常不好, 讓人感到非常不悅. 交通不算方便, 但步行五分鍾就是OUTLET, 購物非常方便. 酒店內有炸雞餐廳. 不用擔心晚上肚子餓. 如果回程是在金蒲機場, 非常方便, 計程車15-20分左右即到達

Overall the hotel was clean and the beds were firm. The breakfast buffet was great, plenty of selections to keep the whole family happy. The check-in process was slow and the one employee who was working, moved the line to another computer and we lost our place in line. We won't return however, because the bathroom smelled like mold. The caulk around the bathroom sink clearly had mold growing on it. We had two rooms and both bathrooms were in the same condition.

徒歩30分くらいかかるので、地下鉄でアクセスするのは不可能です。自家用車ありの人か、タクシーに乗ってもOKな人にはいいと思います。 ソウルじゃないので本当に不便です。

뜨거운물이나 전자렌지 서비스를 좀더 챙겨주심 좋겠네요

화장실 환풍기에 뭔가 걸리는 소리가 너무커서 아이가 깰정도라 수리요청드렸고, 금방 소리는 줄여주셨습니다. 룸 창문사이에 바람이 너무들어와서 창문앞 자리는 추웠어요. 전자렌지랑 뜨거운물은 지하1층 편의점에 들어가서 해와야해서 불편했구요. 위치는 아울렛 걸어서 3분거리라 너무좋았네요

When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!
