"We need a place to stay and relax while attending a conference in COEX. Everything was fine but the Expedia booking did not explain or spell out details on using the pool which was one of our motivations to choose this hotel. We couldn’t access the pool for our entire stay even by paying. Luckily we didn’t need it after all."
