"Parking was easy, clean room, staff not always available at reception, coffee/tea/milk doesn’t get restocked unless you ask for it, friendly service plus informative about the area"
"Room had balls of fluff all over the walls and beds, couldn't shower as it broke when turned on, laundry wasn't available to use as stated in booking it was.
Staff was not well presented and rude. Was outside our room 30 minutes before checkout and stayed there till check out.
Very disappointed.

"Our room was very clean and ecellent condition throughout. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture. The room had great natural light, views from windows and balcony and was at the rear corner so very peaceful. There was an Aldi store in east walking distance which was slso very handy."
