Beautiful but very loud

A beautiful location with endless views over the Black Sea. The service was excellent and my room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that I was charged full price when I booked over hotels.com and given no warning that the hotel was hosting a large and very loud high school graduation party right below my windows next to the hotel’s pool. I was unable to sleep or do much of anything other than listen to the thumping music and loud screaming of the excited teenagers until the event ended at 11:30 pm.

Wedding hotel, loud.

Party hotel. If you enjoy listening to others partying all night long, this is it, a wedding hotel. The pool closes at 18:00, and then the staff tells you to leave, because the wedding guests have booked the area. A real disappointment. Nice guy in reception that speaks English fluently, trying to help the best he can.

Overall, a really great hotel and the location is beautiful. The staff were really friendly, however the room wasn't ready when we arrived an hour after check-in. That would have been fine with us if we were told, but we were sent to our room and a lot of the basic amenities were not ready (water, coffee, hand towels, bath mat, bath towels, toilet paper). The water, coffee, and hand towels were brought to the room within 15 minutes of us getting into the room before we even noticed their absence. We had to call for bath towels twice, the second time after waiting more than 20 minutes in a wet swimsuit because we didn't notice the lack of towels until too late (my husband had to dry off after his shower with a hand towel). Similarly, less than half a roll of toilet paper was in the bathroom and had to call twice for toilet paper. We would have been happy to wait 15 more minutes for the room to be completely ready instead of rushing us in.

Otoparka aracınızı bırakıp çıkamıyorsunuz ya nişan var sağa sola çekin deniyor ya da tur otobüsü gelecek vs vs. Nişan düğün olunca tabi sessiz sakin bi şekilde dinlenme imkanı da bulamıyorsunuz. Genel olarak çok iyi bir otel, temizlik konfor kahvaltı havuz temiz ve güzel. Odanın manzarası çok güzeldi Giresun Adası manzaralı. Yaşadığımız iki olumsuz durum oldu, birincisi oda tek kişi için hazırlanmış her şey birer tane vardı. Havlu , terlik vb. İkincisi ise kahvaltıda oldu , kahvaltının ücretli olduğu söylenerek moralimiz bozuldu. Her iki durumda hızlı ve şekilde çözüldü personel tarafından. Bir sonraki tatilimizde tercihimiz burası olacak. Hele ki Giresun ve Doğu Karadeniz bölgesini düşünürsek böyle bir otel yok
