"Great location and can use its sister hotel, Hollander’s, amenities, including its great restaurant. Plenty of free parking and a free shuttle to take you anywhere downtown at weekends. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We love the retro vibe, which may not be for everyone. All in all, it has become our go to place to stay when we want a weekend away in St. Pete."

There is no parking which is a bit tricky to manage if you have a vehicle to move items from. The room is basic and the bathroom I had was sparse, and not in great shape. "Room was nice although the bathroom didnt provide enough shower or hand soap. One towel rack was not enough for two people. We had to lay the towels over the tub. No small refrigerator was included. Every hotel we ever stayed had this as well as ice bucket. The breakfast buffet was not that. I thought there would be something better than small yogurt and some small bags of sweets and a waffle. Only one person was their. Dining room was nice, including the food and drinks. Roof bar was great too."
