"Viewing the description on the Expedia website showed a very different picture of the property and the room we got. The so called river was not a sight to behold. There was an old shed on the opposite site of the river. The river was dirty and full of dried branches. The sheets in one room was so disarranged that it looked like some had slept there and sheets were not changedThe balcony and patio furniture was not cleaned and the floor was full of weeds. The room was full of dust and the phone was a health hazard. We wanted to move to another hotel but it was too late."

"Great location and very updated property; but bring or use ear plugs with the heat or a/c unit going because it's system is very loud and will keep awakening you. Instead of a ductless quiet system despite the expensive rate to stay at the hotel, the hotel chooses to use a wall unit which is like staying at a Motel 6 or quality inn without the discount."

"The room was okay, however there is no noise dampening whatsoever. You hear absolutely everything whether that be someone walking in the hallway or the room above. The breakfast and the 2 gentlemen looking after it were lovely and very kind. I’m not sure I would stay again due to the noise"
