"Very central location, clean room and helpful staff. Check-in was straightforward and easy to manage. As we were early, staff were happy to look after our bags until our room was ready."
"Really nice hotel, great location. Staff were brilliant, could not be more helpful. The room was pretty good but couple of small things let it down, peeling paint in the bathroom, shower gel was empty, air con switched itself off after a while. Also carpet on stairs was really badly worn after first few flights. Minor stuff but stops it being a 5 star review."

"We only stayed for 1 night, but the hotel was lovely.
We arrived really early and our room wasn’t ready, they stored our bags for us, we had breakfast which was lovely and a large variety.
The following day we were up and out super early and would miss breakfast so they put together a breakfast bag or us.
Great location, would stay again next time we visit Glasgow."
