“I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine”

“Stay here often as a staycation for me and my boyfriend. Nice rooms and I love the shower!! We love it here!”

“Hotel was nice but the floors were sticky in our room, and we asked for extra pillows but the staff said they didn’t have any to offer. Breakfast options were very limited. Overall fine for one night, but wouldn’t recommend for longer stays.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Regency. While I want to give credit where it’s due, the staff was friendly, professional, and did their best to accommodate me by switching my room the condition of the hotel itself was unacceptable. The first room was dirty and poorly maintained, so I requested a different room. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. There were cleanliness issues, damaged finishes, loose trim, missing or broken flooring, mold or mildew around the...

“Hotel was Ok Ok. Lady Staff who checked in is very good even though that was around 1 AM. The man who was during checkout need some basic things to talk properly with guests.”

“The shower was slippery I almost fell showering, almost fell getting ice bc the floor was wet. Bar soap made me feel like I had constant soap on my hands. Staff had annoyed faces on the whole time. Room was also very humid.”

“Property is good and clean but some of the staff are not polite and friendly. I stayed there for 4 days ( 28 June 26. - 3 July 26). For cleaning every time I have to ask for broom and stuffs which they were not were willing to give easily or have to return right away. For short stay people they have to take care of cleaning at-least on daily basis or provide general cleaning stuffs.”

“This was our 3rd stay but will be our last. Black mold on wall and curtains, toilet had not been cleaned. Ice machine out of order on 3rd floor. The beds were comfy. Sparse breakfast but good coffee.”
