"Shower had was broken,phone in room dont work.i call recaption from my phone,they answer the phone and didnt talk....staff unfriendly,rude.breakfast from 7 till 9.we came at 08:50.dining room was empty ! They took everything !!! Nuthing was there ,when we ask why ? They smile..."

Service is prompt and professional, the rooms are comfortable, well designed and the beds comfy, and the place has a very good restaurants that serves a VERY rich breakfast in the morning and then excellent meals for lunch and dinner. "I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."
