Well located downtown and on the lakefront. Clean and friendly service. No air conditioning in room and common areas. Good breakfast. No coffee/ tea service or refrigerator in room. Safe box in room didn't work, and not secured to closet.

Easy self-check-in, spacious room with stunning views. Great location, and quiet room. Everything was perfect! We were very grateful for being alllowed to bring our doggies. Best breakfast buffet ever! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The room is clean and breakfast is super delicious and healthy with lots of varieties of meat, egg dishes, bread types, etc. The personnel is very friendly and eager to help. We truly enjoyed our stay in the hotel and wanted to extend our stay for 1 more night but unfortunately no rooms were available. We shall definitely be back !

Excellent

The hotel got in touch before we arrived to ensure that there was someone available to meet us. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing tips on good places to eat and to visit locally. The breakfasts were outstanding! Note that the hotel has limited facilities, essentially providing bed and breakfast, which was perfect for what we needed during our stay. There is a myriad of good places to eat in walking distance of the hotel.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon war super. Wir hatten den See und die Berge direkt vor uns. Die Lage ist ruhig gewesen. Das nächste Mal möchten wir noch mehr von der Gegend kennenlernen. Das Frühstück war bio und sehr gut.

Super Unterkunft, perfekt gelegen. Alles toll, es gab nur keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, deswegen war es sehr warm in der Nacht (Juli). Darum der Stern Abzug, aber sonst wirklich top.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, Seitenzimmer mit Blick auf den Park und teilweise See! Leider war es SEHR LAUT! Ein- und Ausfahrt der Tiefgarage, An- und Belieferung des Sparmarktes, Müllabfuhr, Glascontainer, Baustelle! Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern laut!!! Wenn jemand bei jeder Lautstärke schlafen kann, hat er/sie ein sehr schönes Zimmer!

Leider hatte es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Das Wetter war sehr heiss und das Zimmer zur Sonne und zum See gerichtet. Seesicht war aber herrlich. Insgesamt aber sehr schöne Tage im Hotel.

Tolle Lage, großartiger Blick

Etwas schwer erreichbar, weil das Navi mit der Fußgängerzone Schwierigkeiten hat und mir nicht klar war, dass man nur in der Tiefgarage parken kann (die an diesem Abend auch wegen drohender Unwetter extrem gut belegt war). Toller Blick vom Zimmer über den Traunsee, netter Service. Großes Frühstücksbuffet, bei schönem Wetter zudem auf der Loggia einnehmbar.
