"Rooms are not clean. Although it appears that they are attempting to upgrade the property, the effort seems clear however, the rooms are filthy. They need to put more attention to detail and actually clean the rooms. Staff is amazing. Check-in is amazing. Parking attendance are amazing overall the day was great room is just filthy. I would not read patronize the site until or unless their stars increased to four and above for cleanliness."

"I only choose this place due to the location. The hallways smelled like cat urine. It is not a well maintained property in any sense. The drywall in the bathroom is crumbling, the toilet paper holder is rusted, a light fixture was breaking away from the wall, stains on the bedding, hair left over in the bathroom from prior visitors, no room service over a several day stay (I emptied the trash into a bin in the hall). The elevator was out of service most of my stay. Don't stay here expecting more than a bargin value venue."

"Staff was available and made check in really easy. Parking is free, no hang tag required. No free breakfast though :/ Hotel looks really nice from the outside and in the lobby. The room we checked into had a bug chillin on the bed, so we asked for a new room. The new room smelled a bit, and there were small hairs all over in the sheets, on the pillows, and in the bathroom. We ended up just using our own sheets cause it was late and I didn’t want to bother the hotel staff again. Aside from that, the hotel was quiet and we were able to sleep well."

"Overall, it was a good stay. I only wish the beds were a little more comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly."

"Great, however, the staff had not replenished the breakfast items at all. We arrived well on time for breakfast. There was barely anything. Some lady who also arrived with us, requested for the food to be replenished, but the staff didn't seem to care. Finally, after several people complained, they brought a few slices of bread and re-filled the milk. This was the worst breakfast experience."
