This hotel is a gem. The staff are exceptional - patient, energetic and competent. The food is better than most hotels in major cities, with fresh produce, great taste at reasonable price. Big ships go by all day as you dine. I have stayed 3 times this year and they excelled.

We had a great stay, very welcoming.

Hotel Katoen is nicely situated near the city center of Goes, a wonderful and charming town in Zeeland. The hotel is a nice combination of modern décor and Dutch/Zeeuse culture. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff were all absolutely wonderful- friendly, kind and helpful. One of the front desk staff, Telma, particularly went out of her way to help us and did so with a constant smile while humming a happy tune. Highest possible recommendation for this awesome hotel.

Very convenient to the cruise port. Friendly staff.
