"I stayed at this Marriott for 12 days. On the mirror in the bathroom it states “Every other day refresh, every 7 days full service”. Once someone came in to empty trash and clean towels, that was my sixth day at the hotel. I asked if he was going to clean my room, he referred me to the housekeeping manager. When I saw the housekeeping manager and explained my situation I quote” I don’t know I didn’t work yesterday “. Really this is the response from a manager? The proper answer would be to a customer I’ll look into it. Still no one cleaned my room. I put my dirty towels in the hall several times. Housekeeping picked up my towels but didn’t leave clean towels. I had to go to the lobby to request cleans towels several times from Jill. No one emptied my trash or dusted my room. I even requested Jill at the front desk to have my room cleaned. Jill also stated she would refer this to her manager. No one came.Still no one cleaned my room. I told Abbey at the front desk at check, I was told he’d be in at 7 am. I came down at 8 am. Abbey told me he wasn’t in yet. I checked back at 9 am and told the same thing he isn’t in yet. When I checked out at 11 am, Abbey stated she hasn’t had a chance to talk to him. I waited 2 days for someone to contact me. Nothing….. Jill was exceptionally helpfully and empathetic to my situation."

"An historic hotel with excellent staff! Mediterranean restaurant is fantastic. Rooms were spacious. Free breakfast of coffee, eggs, sausage and pasteries was also good. Hotel is refurbishing the elevator, which was the only drawback. I'd definitely stay there again."

"We chose this property as was priced right but glad we did. The staff and rooms Where great. It is showing signs of wear and tear but mainly in the hallways. Once in the rooms it was very comfortable with nice linens and towels. We used the swimming pool which was great. Staff excellent"

"Overall our stay was a good experience. Our particular room had rippled carpet, a potential tripping hazard and the heating/ac unit sounded terrible so we turned it off. Somehow an unknown Bistro charge was added to our bill, but was promptly removed when brought to the clerk’s attention. We found the staff very accommodating."
