Razoável, no site do hotel consta café da manhã porém o app não ingormou que o café não estava incluso na compra realizada pelo app. Não foi possivel utilizar os cobertores do armário pois estavam com cheiro forte do mofo.

O banheiro tinha mofo na janela e nos rejuntes, uma limpeza caprichada resolveria o problema. Mofo para alérgicos, principalmente crianças é crise com certeza.

Precisa melhorar manutenção

O quarto que peguei, o quádruplo, é bem espaçoso, mas pecaram muito na manutenção. A ducha estava com jatos para vários lados, a água quente chegou a não sair mais, o box empoçava, fazendo poça do lado de fora. O ar condicionado ficava pingando água. Quando coloquei um vento mais forte fazia muito barulho e cuspia gelo. O colchão estava com um buraco na lateral. Se deitava muito na beira, ele cedia e era perigoso cair. Acho que tem que melhor na manutenção. O café da manhã é básico mas bom.

Desconfortante, o ar-condicionado pingava bem encima de nossas cabecas depois de um tempo de uso, ao abrir as janelas pra ventilar ficavamos expostos pois tem um predio de apartamnetos em frente, e como estava chovendo não podia ficar com as janelas abertas, ou seja, se correr o bicho pega e se ficar o bicho come, no banbeiro o vaso sanitrio com um vazamento terrivel, pra quem fala de sustentabilidade isso e ruim, esse quarto e o d numero 42, quero esquecer essa noite !

A localização e o acesso ao hotel são excelentes. Porém, não há cafe da manhã incluso e não a opção de adquirí-lo nem mesmo a parte pois a cozinha do hotel está inativa. A limpeza do quarto estava satisfatória, porém, tinha cabelos na parede do banheiro e alguns itens precisando de reparo como o registro do chuveiro e porta papel higiênico. Nosso frigobar estava vazio e não havia edredons, apenas cobre leitos como cobertor. O estacionamento coberto é estreito e bem ruim de manobrar e a entrada e saída são as mesmas. Resumidamente, a estadia foi bem razoável.

Não foi muito boa. Colocaram a gente em um quarto sem janela. Pedimos mudança de quarto e fomos atendidos. No quarto que ficamos encontramos uma barata e o teto do banheiro tinha mofo. Os funcionários foram muito prestativos, especialmente a Cida do café da manhã.
