The hotel was unattended when we arrived at 2:30pm we received our room key from a locked box and were left to find our way to our room.. was not to difficult. The room was clean. The Bed was not good it was very hard and uncomfortable. The location was very good for restaurants etc.. The small Kitchenette was good to have.

Checkin was at normal time 2pm got there had to ring after hours office was shut understandable it was a Saturday. Rang after hours and was told management will arrive in 5 minutes. No show. Me along with 2 other guest wanting to checkin waited 30/35 minutes for management to arrive on property. After waiting that long the keys for room were in safe at front door but wasn’t told a pin code when we rang after hours. Not happy as we were late to our event.

I was happy with the property's cleanliness in general. Quality of one mattress was fine but the other was not. Aircon was only in the living room and not in the bedroom. Also although I had mentioned in my online booking that I will be arriving after hours, there was no communication from the hotel staff to inform me in advance as to how I should manage my check in or checkout after hours.

Loved this property! We stayed here for about a week and it was perfect for us. Close to shopping centres and attractions such as theme parks and beaches. Loved our apartment, had everything for us - very spacious, minimal and clean. A very peaceful and quite neighbourhood which we absolutely loved. Definitely would stay here when I come back :)

The carpets in the property were damaged and there were spiders and webs in a corner next to the bed. When I arrived, I advised the receptionist that the fridge was very loud and I was worried it may blow up. She said she would look after it. When I returned to my room late at night, it had not been handled, so I had to turn the fridge off at the wall, just so I could sleep. I went to have a hot shower in the morning and there was no hot water. Considering the price of this property, I am so disappointed.

Stayed here for the GC2018 games opening night was covenient to Stadiem and service much better than the organizing of transport for games we were both older patrols and the only thing we felt the room needed was a hand rail in the shower to allay the fear of slipping over
