Beautiful place to stay! Great amenities with 2 large pools, within close walking distance to Tedder Ave where there is shopping and restaurants and of course main beach! Building Management were lovely, welcoming and friendly! Would highly recommend staying here! Unit was a bit dated but it was clean, tidy and ample amount of space! Thank you to the Contessa for a wonderful holiday.

The dry machine not worked when I was there , everything else is good , very good location , can walk to beach and shops , very well maintained and clean apartment, love the outdoor pool which is big and warm spa

The indoor pool was fantastic! we didn't have great weather so made wonderful use of indoor pool and spa. The outdoor pool was large and the grounds were immaculate. The only downside was no BBQ - easily fixed.

Hotel was nice- room spacious and ideal for our purpose. Lovely sea view. Swimming pool great for the little one. Ideally situated in a lovely area that doesn’t feel too ‘holiday resort’. Cockroaches in bathroom but that’s Australia! Aircon not working in bedroom- had to manually reset outside every time. No hangers in any wardrobes.

The property is located at the Main beach which is a prime area. Short stroll to the beach, park, cafes & tram stop should you wish to roam around. This well equipped & managed building has 35 levels with undercover car park has indoor & outdoor pool, spa, sauna, gym & tennis court. We were at the 25th level with sea facing view which was simply spectacular. The rooms are clean, has fully equipped kitchen, central Air condition, TV w foxtel and laundry facilities that makes your stay comfy. In short a luxurious apartment with a view & ample of amenities.

The apartment was well furnished and stocked. It was very clean. The thing that absolutely sold it to us, was the stunning view. Waking up to it every morning was incredible. When we come back to the G.C, we will be staying here again. Free parking was also a bonus.

Contessa i considered to be of excellent value.The staff were be friendly and helpful, the unit very comfortable and clean, the indoor swimming pool was wonderful, and the beach and light rail only a few minutes walk away.i cant wait to return.

The irons didn't work. One had paint coming of the ironing plate and the other one didn't work. Not a big fan of tv checked out the foxtel and it didn't work ether. eg It would not register.

Disappointed

The hotel was ok on price great location however run down they even painted around the couch on this one crazy so ugly. Our biggest complaint is the cleaners ate my birthday cake, thinking we had left however it was a $60 cake barely touched, the ate a quarter of it and the chocolate specialty pieces ate all of them. I was gobsmacked at first but really this should never happen to imagine if you left jewelry would they keep it or hand it in mmmmmm...
