There are some dated issue in the apartment. However, All furniture, bed mattress, TV .....have been recently replaced. We have professional cleaning company to do the clean. We accepted your early check in (9:15am) and let you leave your luggage in storage room. 2. I have located you to a unit with air conditioning (you booked a unit with no air-con) for your first night stay due to an urgent request by the guest who stayed in the room you booked. I sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and offered to relocate you the next morning. 3. You booked a budget room (no air-con). 4. half roll of toilet paper: we never provide half roll of toilet paper; the yard tiles have been cleaned but with some stains. You did not request for an extra key (an extra key will be available upon request). 5. Due to the pandemic, reception will be accessed by telephone which is located outside reception. 6. You had a late check out without advance notice. Our house keeping staff had to wait for you for one hour. Kind regards

Many facilities inside the apartment have been updated, including bed mattress, bedside tables, dining set, TV, fridge, washing machine......We have professional cleaning company to do clean. However, there were some issues you complained which are not quiet true. 1. you complained the room is not air-conditioner when you checked in: you booked budget room which is no A/C. 2. you are unhappy to pay security bond which are requested for every guest. 2. you complained the room is not clean: I inspected the room with you but you could't pointed out the exact place. 3. Our guests enjoy/love the pool and spa. 4. you reported to police about the preauthorization bond: after you requested, I have send a letter to your bank to release the preauthorization. The police told me not to contact or talk to you any more. You are not welcome in our resort in future. Kind regards

Hi Michael, I am sorry to hear this. I know you were unhappy with your booking because you thought you booked two bedroom apartment. The apartment you stayed is only one-bedroom apartment. We do not have two bed room apartment in the resort. When you made booking next time, please read the information in details. The apartment is dated but it is clean. Most furniture have been replaced recently, including bed base and mattress, sofa bed mattress. Before you checked in, our staff inspected the room and it was clean (maybe not perfect). We have a professional person to look after pool and sap, the edges of pool is not mold. All the guests enjoyed spa and pool. Your children enjoyed pool and spa as well and they might have very good time here. Kind regards
