“Clean room”

“Was charged for extra guests prior to reservation. At check in, front desk charged again. I now have to co race customer service to address the issue. Property was fine. ”

“I would stay here again and i would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to find a nice hotel in a great location to everything. Customer service was excellent and the General Manager was extremely helpful and made sure our stay accommodated. The entire staff including cleaning crew made our stay amazing. This was our 4th time coming to Alaska and second time in Fairbanks! 10/10 if that was rating available!!!”

“Fantastic hotel! Usually suburb lodge is too old and dirty, but this hotel is really clean and trendy! Like a gallery! And moreover yesterday I watched aurora in my room! It's incredible location to catch aurora. You don't need to drive away to catch aurora in the middle of night! Just enjoy aurora in the room. Finally every staff is very kind, they are good listener and gave me lots of information to travel Fairbanks. I really appreciate it. 100% reccomend hotel! I definitely come again.”

“The picture that was part of the receipt I printed out had a charming Abby with church style arches not even close to what it really looks like… a hostel. You better be somewhat fit because there are Stairs and more stairs. The grounds were overgrown as well and it was in a crappy residential area. I do want to say the kitchen part was nice with a full size refrigerator so I guess this is the saving grace.”
