"A truly hidden gem in Golden Sands! Not only are the rooms clean and modern, the breakfast plentiful and utterly delicious but the employees are exceptional! From the moment you walk into the lobby, you are greeted by a warm and welcoming “hello” and checked into your room in minutes. The parking attendants are very friendly and helpful with finding you a spot. Would like to thank Petya for her outstanding and exceptional customer service! Our flight was cancelled ,reservation marked as “no show” arrived next day to a fully booked hotel and Petya was truly wonderful and got us a room! She saved the day and our trip and as a result we decided to extend our stay at this beautiful hotel. Many thanks to Petya, Polina, Maya, the restaurant staff, parking attendants and Simyon, housekeeping and all the front desk employees that I didn’t get their name! This hotel has the friendliest, knowledgeable, welcoming and most wonderful employees who have an excellent understanding of English! This hotel should be in the 5 star category of hotels all due to its’ exceptional employees, clean rooms and delicious food!"

"Lovey hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good choice of pools, although the indoor one was closed during our stay. The sea is not too far of a walk. The gym is non existent however which was disappointing. The spa has a good selection of equipment and treatments. Overall, Golden Sands looked unkept with rubbish everywhere, despite regular rubbish collections. Also, a lot of the pavements were uneven and with damaged tiles which made walking to and from the beach difficult. It’s a shame really."
