"This hotel is the absolute best! The rooms are spacious and clean, employees are wonderful and the food plentiful and delicious! Deniz, the front desk employee honored an early check in and was very welcoming. We truly appreciated the early check in, sincere hospitality and well spoken English by Deniz..The housekeeping does a great job with keeping the rooms spotlessly clean and always greeted us with a smile. The restaurant serves delicious dishes for breakfast and dinner. Chefs should be commended for preparing lots of different varieties of delicious food! The hotel added a Kosher section, which is great for those following a Kosher diet. The food and beverage manager Orhan always acknowledged us at the entrance to the restaurant and had great communication skills and spoke great English! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!"

"We loved our stay at Umani Hotel! Spent 5 nights there and had such a good holiday. We loved spending time at the swimming pool with our two kids, going the nearby beach and exploring the surroundings like the Konstantin & Elena town. The food was amazing and the service superb, a big shoutout to our waiter Ivan who was always so helpful and kind. We really liked the hotel design and appreciated how clean it all was! We’d love to be back in the future!"

"Lovey hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good choice of pools, although the indoor one was closed during our stay. The sea is not too far of a walk. The gym is non existent however which was disappointing. The spa has a good selection of equipment and treatments. Overall, Golden Sands looked unkept with rubbish everywhere, despite regular rubbish collections. Also, a lot of the pavements were uneven and with damaged tiles which made walking to and from the beach difficult. It’s a shame really."
