“As the family trip in Kuala Lumpur, it was good place to stay I think. It has 3 bed rooms (1 Twin, 1 King and 1 Queen) and separated 3 bath rooms. And also we can feel relax in big living room too. For the first time, I did not know why there were not any bottles of water. But I found the water purifier in the kitchen. Most of things were good, however in the king bed room, I could smell strange in the toilet (bath room). It was a little bit terrible, so the hotel needs to fix this matter.”

“My real rating is 3.5. Here's why. Rooms - rooms are spacious, great cold a/c, clean and beds were very comfy - I slept well. Facilities are good. Hang out spot, laundry, etc. Service - hit or miss. There were a few male employees that were really nice, but the female staff were cold and not very helpful. The staff that checked me out was nice and let me store my luggage for a few hours in the lockers after check out. Breakfast was pretty bad. A breakfast box they heat up in the microwave,...
