"Flamm is located at a very beautiful spot along the coast making it ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Upon my arrival my room was upgraded to a more beautiful and spacious room (without a request).
The owner Feyza Hanım is a very kind, attentive and experienced host making you feel valued as a guest throughout your stay. She is joined by the manager Serhat Bey and harmony of their collaboration shows.
The breakfast and food in general was excellent. All service personnel was very welcoming...

"This is a nice hotel in the northern part of Bodrum. We stayed here 3 nights, and it was a 10 to 20 minute cab ride from every location. It is easy to get to Bodrum city from this location by taxi.
The breakfast is served in the reception area with a few tables nearby. There is also an outdoor sitting area and patio, both on the main and upper floor. There is a big swimming pool in front of all the rooms.

"This is real boutique hospitality. They have a thing they do and they do it well. The main thing is the hotel is in my opinion the perfect size, which is SMALL AND BOUTIQUE. "Horrible communication from the staff, they were extremely rude to me and my family. They did not follow what was agreed with writing prior to booking and showed us a huge surprise bill, on top of that, the waiters were ignoring our requests, and very rude.
Room was ok, it was dirty behind the bed walls and hidden places. I will not recommend staying there and find yourself a better and kinder staff to work with.
The only thing was nature and sea, which has nothing to do with this hotel."
