"My stay at JAGO GILI AIR was wonderful. What stood out the most was friendly young staff. They are all so attentive and helpful, and super professional. The location of the hotel was also fantastic. It’s about 5 minutes walk to the beaches on the east coast and it’s on the main road from the harbor so there are many shops and restaurants. The room was cosy and clean but you can’t escape from bugs and geckos wandering around the room. I highly, highly recommend this little hidden gem."

Some staff were more helpful than others, asked two members of staff for something in restaurant and both said one minute and didn’t come back.
