“The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. ”

“Do not book this hotel!! This company is the worst accommodation company I have ever dealt with. We booked with them from Feb. 9 to 12th. When we arrived, there was no running water. We called them, as they have no front desk, and we were told they were aware of this and offered a refund if we didn't want to stay. Due to the hour of our arrival, we said we would stay the night but if it wasn't fixed the next day we would check out. In the morning we still had no water, we couldn't bathe, flush...
