Sofia Balkan Palace
Staff offered a “free upgrade” to a junior suit, we had to wait an extra hour and a half for our room to be ready. When we got given our room the room did not look like pictures at all. Dunav Apartment House
The apartment was nice and clean. However I wasn’t sent check in instruction and codes and had to follow up with the property. Additionally the room smelt of cigarettes.

Flora Residence Daisy
The listing for this apartment hotel was misleading. It said that it has Spa Facilities and swimming pool but it did not. There was such in nearby building in another hotel with similar name that charged extra 43 eur and said they have nothing to do with Flora Daisy
