Garda was great for Gothenburg

Initially we thought the location was a little out of the centre but it was so well connected by tram, bus, and even the walk to central Gothenburg was only 20 mins or so. The hotel staff are helpful and the facilities are great. The breakfast was very generous especially as it’s included in the rate.

Amazing!!

Hotel was clean, room was spacious and comfy. Got breakfast included with the accommodation which is a plus. Quite bit of a walk from the tram stop though but the neighborhood still quite safe to walk at night.

I had booked a single room and arrived very early. The very friendly stuff nonetheless took care of my luggage. The hotel is located very close to the E6 freeway and I asked if I could have a room towards the opposite site, which the staff kindly arranged. The hotel was therefore overall quite quiet. The facilites were functional and clean (silicone in the shower could be renewed). 24/7 reception is excellent. The area is not very attractive, a business environment that is pretty dead during off hours without restaurants/bars directly nearby but within 10 min walking distance. Bus stops are 5-10 min walking and served frequently. Overall I would stay there again since I don't spend the day at the hotel anyway. Breakfast was very good with a large selection.

I found this hotel very. nice, it was in an area that was quiet and within walking distance of eating places and the main shopping mall. Breakfast was plentiful and varied with a hot and cold option. The bedroom and bathroom facilities were clean and comfortable.
