"The guest computer was unusable because no staff knew the password, so the Front Desk had to help me print something while already busy with guests. A five-minute task took nearly thirty minutes.
The next morning there was no hot water and the body wash dispenser was empty. As a Bonvoy member, it was also disappointing not to earn points on a rate that was $30 higher than the walk-in price. Overall, a very disappointing stay"

The room was very spacious but everything is very dated and room was pretty cold. Breakfast was good. Parking lot is great. We asked to have our room cleaned and it was not but they came and took our garbage and gave us our new towels. "
