Éclairage du miroir de la chambre impossible à éteindre, très dérangeant pour s'endormir de plus le matelas était inconfortable et l'oreiller bien trop grand et épais pour être utilisé. ”

“Right next to the port. Really clean rooms, particularly the bathrooms. Very helpful. Stayed one night after getting off the late ferry from Portsmouth. I had a problem with my car getting off the ferry. I had to hire a car for my onward journey. The hotel let me use their car park (which was secure and safe - Gated) to store my car until I came back to catch the ferry a few days later. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport to pick up the hire car. I cannot thank them enough for letting me...

“The room was very clean but the breakfast was terrible. There was nothing out when we went down. 3 croissants. No bread. We had to ask for it. No apple juice. It was empty. He had to get a new one. No milk. Had to ask. No butter. A fridge was there so you had to look inside for it. We had to pay 10 euros each. We would like to have this reimbursed. Most disappointing as the French was always known for their breakfast.”

“This is a very nice, well-kept property. The room was very nice, and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. There are potentially a lot of steps up and down on the property to get to one's room, so handicapped persons might experience some difficulty. The immediate area around the hotel is quiet, so moving one's car to load and unload luggage wasn't a problem, but the parking lot is small and down the hill from the hotel. The restaurant on site was very nice and the food was good.”
