"Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber sehr zentral, wenn es um Ausflugsziele geht (Bled, Soca-Schlucht etc.). Das Personal ist sehr engagiert, sieht man mal vom Zimmerservice ab (Betten meistens nicht gemacht, nicht immer beide Mülleimer geleert und kein Toilittenpapier aufgefüllt). "The view from our front door felt like it was not even real. Truly breathtaking! The customer service was unbeatable, so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
