"The view from our front door felt like it was not even real. Truly breathtaking! The customer service was unbeatable, so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We were set up with beautiful hikes with awesome views and waterfalls. It was a highlight of our entire European vacation! My only regret is that we didn't stay longer! "

"Beautiful views and pleasant staff. The decor is a little older and could use some renovation. But the staff was abundantly friendly and helpful. The food was average for a half board (hit and miss depending on the cook), and there is no place for lunch (have to go into the village). And will only sell drinks for dinner (no tap water provided) However, the hotel has succeeded in having the absolute worst cup of coffee in the world for the breakfast. It puts K-cups to shame.
