"We stayed in one of the comfort cabins, and the maintenance and cleaning were not that good. The table/kitchen-area were fine, but it was very dusty/dirty around the bed, and the flooring was partly missing in the same area. It had a strong odour of old wooden cabin. Silverfish observered. The common areas were ok, and felt cleaner. The duvet were missing, but the staff were helpful and brought it to the cabin when we asked for it. It had a firealarm, which was good. "

"The size of the hotel was a positive surprise with many bars, pools and restaurants. Overall design of the hotel was also 10/10 and something you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Only minus was that they did not serve bloody marys! "

"Third stay here, and the spa, rooms and breakfast were wonderful as usual. Less wonderful was the member of staff who checked us in, who was stressed and rude and neglected to tell us how to get to our rooms, was snarky when we came back to ask for directions, and only gave us one keycard which turned out not work when we finally reached our room."
