Such a great place! We had the suite with a kitchenette and were beyond happy with the layout and items provided, comfy beds, and quiet. Close to restaurants, shopping and a hop skip away from Port Washington where we spent alot of our time. But the biggest win for this place was their staff! Everyone of the girls we interacted with were always so cheerful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We will definitely be back here!

Clean, comfortable room, lovely kitchen. Exercise room lots of various equipment, pool area looks very nice. Tv wouldn't work and desk clerk could only offer different remote. Googled problem and unplugged and replugged set and then it worked fine. We had breakfast plans away from hotel but checked it out and it looked quite extensive for a hotel free breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay at Town Place Suites in Grafton. We were in the area to visit Cedarburg and this was a much more reasonable option and Uber was available. Clean, friendly staff. I think the front desk agent may have been training or he just had a brain freeze. When checking in, I presented my ID. However, I never signed a registration card or gave any vehicle info or was confirmed my room type and # of nights I was staying. The next day, I asked for a second key and simply provided my room #. No confirmation of my name or anything. This definitely wouldn't stop us from returning, like I said the agent may have been training or having an off day. 5 star stay all the way. Thank you.
