Nossa hospedagem foi agora, em setembro 2025. Uma viagem de casal. O Hotel, sua estrutura e atendimento dos funcionários, foram excelentes! Só temos uma sugestão: O piso do corredor dos quartos é de vários quadradinhos, de forma que qualquer rodinha que passe no corredor, faz um barulho ENORME. Hóspedes entrando e saindo do hotel com malas, carrinho das camareiras. Então se pudessem procurar um outro tipo de piso liso, inteiro, seria maravilhoso.

VALE A PENA PARA QUEM ESTIVER DE CARRO

A pousada é rústica e mantém as acomodações com estrutura bem simples. A estrutura é bem rústico, com muita madeira. Os móveis, cortinas e banheiros não estavam estragados mas poderia ser renovados. Os quartos tem calefação que ajudam muito quando está bem frio. O café da manhã é bem servido sem muita variedade. Estacionamento disponível no sub solo mas também a vagas disponíveis na frente da pousada. Existe um mini mercado bem próximo que a ajuda a economizar pois Gramado está ficando bem caro a cada ano.

Bom custo benefício

Pousada confortável, café da manha muito bom, atendimento muito bom. Internet PÉSSIMA, nao pega no quarto. Estacionamento fica com vaga trancada, mas eles são rápidos pra retirar . Pousada nao fica no centro é longe de tudo, serve pra descansar no primeiro dia se nao vai sair ou se fará algum passeio que nao precisará do centro. Escolhi quarto com 1 cama de casal e 1 solteiro, e ainda frisei no pedido para 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro e mesmo assim colocaram em um quarto com 2 de solteiro. Solicitei a troca e falaram que não tinha mais quartos disponíveis. Esse foi o único incômodo maior e a internet que deixou muito a desejar.
