“We stayed at this resort for a week there was nothing to do. everything on their wedsite was false information. the pool bar was closed down, the spa wasnt open, the pool and hot tub were dirty. The outdoor bar Coconuts was terrible and the batendars ignored you and they weren't busy at all. We found huge roaches in our condo and the front desk gave us a hard time with moving us to another building/condo. 1st condo had a broken dishwasher and fridge door, no wash clothes, trash outside our door...

“Good bar, terrible hours (closed by 5pm). Restaurant undercooked EVERYTHING! I tried eating there twice and sent back the food both times. The room was run down and the beds were uncomfortable (could feel springs). The Taino beach resort pool was nice but no tubes were provided for the lazy river. There was no convenience store on the beach at all, had to ride ferry and wait an hour to buy anything. No supermarket even at Port Lucaya so groceries are out of the question.
