We had booked a king suite and when we checked in, they were all sold out and gave us a 2 double bed suite. So that was disappointing from the start. They are currently undergoing a renovation, and we were given an older room. The carpet by the bathroom was stained or dirty and the tiles in the bathroom were starting to come up so they were catching on the door when you opened and closed it. They did have a nice variety of options for breakfast including make your own waffles and a chef making made to order omelets.

We really liked it here! We only stayed on night and liked the location, cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was delicious. I wish I would have called in advance about whether their pool was open. It was closed and I should have called ahead before booking. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Both in variety and quality of food. The staff were personable and efficient. It was a good stay.

Very disappointed! We expect more from this chain. First the outer glass on the window of our 1st floor room was shattered. The carpet was filthy, the bottom of my husband's socks were black from walking on the carpet. The couch was no better, severely worn and dirty, the lampshade was hanging off the frame. Very old and run down, the breakfast was good at least. Oh and the 3 individuals walking around the parking lot looking at cars was unsettling, they were gone when we got back from dinner so hopefully they chased them off. We have stayed at numerous Embassy Suite hotels and honestly can't believe they have there name on this place.

Staff at the front desk and at dinner were nice and helpful. Rooms need more power outlets and the AC did not cool the room down. Good location but the hotel itself did not live up to what we expect from an Embassy Suites.

Staff was great and so kind. The hotel itself is dated, which in and of itself is not a real issue but the cleanliness was not great and that does not play well with dated and peeling paint and wallpaper. The staff and location are what make this hotel. They could not ask for a kinder group of people running the hotel and working in the kitchen during breakfast.
