"Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Der Pool ist zwar überschaubar und kostet extra, aber hat sich trotzdem gelohnt. Wir hatten Halb-Pension, was über Expedia wirklich preiswert war, aber das Essen ist verbesserungswürdig. Die Preis/Leistung des Hotels ist aber top!"

Spent a lot of time on a chat to you to get not a lot back you were due to pay for a shirt I was obliged to purchase as the first room was a Sauna at 42 ° - nothing received? Why trust you in future -I'll be contacting the Strasbour city tourish board & council if the shirt is not also refunded as it literally - Stinks"
