“Nice clean property. Friendly staff. Clean room. Great place to stay for a visit to Moffett, USF or theme park. Parking was a bit tight but manageable. Didn’t realize small charge for parking but reasonable and I just missed it in notes. ”

“The host is very friendly and helpful. Parking is very easy and it is close to downtown by car. If you order breakfast in advance, they make it right there for you. It is delicious and the coffee is also very good. The bathroom is shared, but it is clean and not too crowded. It is an old house, so on cold days like January 2025, the temperature cannot be raised enough, so it is a little cold, but if it is the average temperature in Florida, it should be fine.”
