us to Van Andel arena for a concert. It was so convenient and the driver (who worked for the hotel) was very nice and accommodating; dropped us off and picked us up right in front of the venue. Very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend especially if there is a big event in downtown Grand Rapids (we went during Art Prize), when the downtown hotels are booked up and high priced. "

"I work midnights. Sleep during the day. The blackout curtains blocked nothing. The day people kept yelling at me "what room" Any time i left for coffee or phone conversations. If you can avoid the staff the rooms are clean and beds were comfortable. "

"The room was clean, spacious and very well updated. We loves that the water was hot and that we could actually plug the drain to keep the water in for the kids bath. Surprisingly that is a issue we always run into. The pool was very nice and very clean. It was a good stay, we all got well rested!"
