The staff was really helpful and nice, the only thing was in the pictures it shows stuff that this hotel doesn't provide, so they should be a little bit more specific about all of there amenities

Staff was polite. Facility is not in good shape. Carpet was not clean, paint was peeling, graffiti on the walls, rust on metal hardware. The surfaces looked dirty so i wiped them down, most of it was damage (dents, scratches and stains) not dirt. Strong marijuana odor. Apparently the parking lot outside my window is a smoking area. Wished that I didnt have to smell it in the room. Used a lot of Glade air freshener and kept the fan on.

Warm and comfortable winter night's stay

Rather than drive to my destination, found hotel on the way. Welcomed with a room upgrade. Heater fired up and room was toasty warm in minutes. Slept like a log. Only coffee at breakfast, but pot was fresh and tasty. Cheerful clerk at checkout also. Good basic hospitality.

We were very disappointed in the lack of response for check-in, bathroom was dirty, I could move dirt with my sandals, dirt and stains on the sheets, and the smells in the rooms were terrible. There was not any type of breakfast, bars, cereal or even fruit offered while advertising breakfast was included. All we were looking for was a clean room, clean beds, a clean bathroom, and a place for the family to sleep peacefully. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Run down but friendly

The staff was friendly and the price was right but the room needs to be upgraded. There was a water mark on the ceiling and holes in the comforter. Just off 131 and next to Dennys and Arby's.

I stayed for two weeks paid $1.35 per night extra for breakfast lol, coffee, and not one time did anyone freshen my room or empty my trash. The staff however were great, super friendly!!

So for the positives: friendly front desk gentleman, clean sheets, hot water, confortable bed. Negatives: holes in walls, only half electrical outlets worked, door handle held on with tissue paper stuffed around it, no ice bucket or cups, toilet seat not secured down, smoke detector in room kept beeping .

The room smelled terrible of cigarettes. There were stains on the bedding. It is very rundown. There was no continental breakfast included. The staff were friendly. There was some coffee in the lobby. The bathroom had been updated. The air unit worked, and the bed was relatively comfortable. It was very affordable and I suppose you get what you pay for.

Don't stay if you can't handle cigarette smoke

I would suggest not staying here. The staff was great, the room and hotel not so much. The entire hotel plus my room smelled like cigarette smoke despite the description saying nonsmoking. My sheets were stained, the comforter had cigarette burn holes in them.

Not quite good enough for the price.

The comforter had a 1" diameter burn hole in it! There was no Gideon Bible. The spa tub was nice and big but the water pressure low, so it took a lonnnng time to fill. There was no coffee maker in the room. There were no facial tissues in the room. The doors to the outside at the ends of the hallways away from the lobby did not lock, poor security. When it was time to check out, there was no one at the desk to give me a printed receipt.

Issues by staff.

So if it wasn't for a couple of rather important issues, it wouldn't have been so bad. The place smelled like old smoke. All the doors had no smoking signs on them, but the halls and our room smelled of smoke. We got to our room and settled in. The beds were comfortable. The kids were asleep and my wife was watching them. I went out to gather our things. I came back to find a male worker had come into our room to change the TV since it wasn't working. He had knocked, announced himself and entered without getting permission, with my wife and kids alone. He had left to get something, and while he was gone, that's when I had come back to the room. I stayed until he and another man arrived. Neither of them appeared to be professionally dressed. There was no ID, not even a uniform or proper dress to signify they worked there. They knocked, I opened the door and we talked about it was not needed for them to fix the TV, especially after 9:00 PM. I handed them the TV and they left. In the morning my wife talked to the woman running the hotel. My wife left the conversation feeling her words didn't mean much to the staff member. We also had one shower towel. Now, on the plus side, the beds were comfortable and we needed a cheap place just to sleep and shower. This placed worked for that. No amenities, really other than that. I know problems happen, but these were big problems that did not get addressed. If you're a single guy on the road, this place is fine.
