“I had to check in over midnight due to the flight schedule. Instruction of how to enter the hotel was already sent to my email (no one in the reception), so that I easily opened the door. The bedroom itself is a bit small, but has kitchen and bathroom seperately. Everything was good, but the towels & shampoo were not changed to new one, even bed was the same. City center is close; 15min by walking, and easy to access from the airport as well. I will consider to stay again.”

“This is an old building that has been converted to a hotel. The parking is limited very tight. While there are a few spaces in front of the building, the gate is very tight and you should park behind the building if possible. Otherwise while the road was noisy, inside the flat the room was quiet, clean, and felt safe. ”

“I liked having the kitchen area with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The free standing fan came in very handy as it was very hot when I visited. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and found it very quiet. Handy to have shops and restaurants nearby. Great to have free parking right at the front of the building.”

“Upscale property close to the core ... within easy walking distance of all things Edinburgh - eateries and main shopping district along Princes street. Really enjoyed having a spacious apartment with a kitchenette that provided some comforts of home. However would caution that the long flights of stairs are not for the faint of heart, especially if trying to navigate large heavy luggages.”

“Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues. “Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!).
