โEen budget hotel met vriendelijk personeel en een eenvoudig maar goed ontbijt tegen een fijne prijs. Comfortabel bed en een eigen toilet en douche gelegenheid. Kamers komen niet automatisch met handdoeken, dus het is raadzaam om deze zelf mee te nemen van huis, tegen betaling is deze ook bij de receptie te verkrijgen. โ
โReviewing a hotel that is only ยฃ28 a night for 2 people is not easy. Overall value for money wise it is exactly as I expected. Basic, but functional. No frills, barely something that could have a frill. Bring earplugs. Bring a towel. Bring a realistic level of expectation. โ

โLovely stay at Les Secrets despite Loges. Just as described - themed room (Bleriot - which was deceptively large), antiques throughout, 3 cats and a very welcoming family. Free street parking in a quiet area of Calais.
We had the excellent evening meal cooked by Laurent & we're invited to watch the penalties in the Women's Euro final with the family.
Great place to stay if you are not rushing through Calais. Nice 40 minute walk to the seafront passing by the town hall. Highly recommended.โ

Was huge with an amazing bathroom with an exercise bike in it!! A huge double wall in shower and massive bath tub. The room was fully equipped with a little kitchen and we were able to cook our own eggs in the morning. We didnโt use the breakfast option in the hotel. Dunkirk beach and sea front is a 30min walk away and even with children they managed an absolutely fine. The only thing I would say is the sofa bed was a bit too small for 2 children. With all the space we had they could...
