Rashad, at the front desk, was funny and very friendly. Everyone that we encountered went out of their way to be helpful and the friendly and genuine smiles made us feel very comfortable and welcomed to the hotel. "Aside from the sink stopper in the bathroom being broken, we had no complaints. The staff is attentive and friendly. The evening "kickback" is appreciated so that we don't have to go out into traffic for dinner. We stay at this property regularly and are never disappointed."
