I was in January and it was cold outside and the heater made so much noice i could not sleep good. Also i forgot an electric toothbrush wich i reported the same day of check out but the cleaning stuff took it .

Geen contact te krijgen met de accomodatie, bandje erop dat na 1min stopt maar niemand aan de lijn te krijgen. Via Hotels.com 1,5uur gebeld om ook contact te krijgen met de accomodatie wat hun ook niet lukte. Dit alles omdat accomodatie dacht/niet door kreeg dat de betaling gedaan was terwijl dit via paypal gedaan is. en mail van betaalbewijs verstuurd heb, nog steeds niet opgelost of terug gebeld werd ondanks dat in de chat mijn nummer heb achtergelaten 2x. Dus we hadden geen keybox code en konden er niet! In the end heeft hotels.com iets proberen te zoeken voor ons verblijf maar voor de eerste nacht onmogelijk ivm weinig hotels een bemande receptie hebben en geen contact mogelijk was. Noodgedwongen in de auto moeten overnacht door dit fijne Arbio hotel! Kansloos dat niemand te bereiken is. In the end de volgende morgen gezien dat het bedrijf om 00:45 dus de eerste nacht was al verstreken! een mail met een keybox code heeft gestuurd! Dus veel te laat we waren vanaf 22uur al bezig om binnen te komen. Waarom bel je dan niet ze wisten wat we buiten stond en niets konden! Verschrikkelijk bedrijf om zo met gasten om te gaan!

Keine Karte in der Schlüsselbox. Über eine Stunde mit der Hotline telefoniert. Eingangstür code funktioniert nicht. Zugang über die garage ohne code möglich.... Warte noch immer auf einen Rückruf von der Hotline.... Günstig aber ja ...
