Great location! Pleasant, stylish, well run, dedicated staff, excellent breakfast. We rented two of their bikes to explore a palace on the outskirts of town and that was fun.

Good hotel, closely located to old town Graz. Large rooms that are nicely laid out. Building is older, so hvac system is a little questionable, but European weather facilitated!

Our Jr Suite was excellent and the staff were amazing. We would have rated it the property higher but the Air conditioning was out and as it was 30c during day we had to have our balcony doors and windows open all night and which opened to a busy street. They did give us a 10euro voucher for the bar but this didn’t not make up for the restless sleep we had.

Great room, nice staff. Phenomenal location across the river from the hisoric district. Parking garage behind the hotel dedicated to the hotel. We had a great experience in one of the loveliest small cities in all of Europe, no exaggeration.

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are excellent. Everyone is very accommodating and tolerated my awful German well, switching to English when I met my limit. Breakfast is very nice and well recommended. The hotel is in a very good location so great for a city stay, I have stayed here before and will certainly stay again. There is a fitness centre but it is not particularly well equipped, I'd suggest one of the nearby gyms if that matters to you. Room 313 was very comfortable and clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the things I appreciated most was how the hotel showcases its history through the building's architecture and design. It gives the property a unique character and makes the stay even more memorable. I also want to recognize the front desk staff for their outstanding service. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. They answered all my questions with a smile and made the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. Their exceptional hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
