"Room was excellent and very large - however we did book a very premium room/ suite type style and that came at a notable cost so it was mostly expected in terms of size. Hotel is in a good location, well structured and designed room, clean and modern. Not particularly busy at anytime so no delays or issues with noise and good noise insulation so quiet at night too. We were though charged 15 euro (which we queried but staff at bar didnt really care) for a regular size orange juice and soda - apparently its a 'cocktail'. Sorry but thats shocking"

"Alpina Eclectic Hotel was an excellent place to stay in Chamonix. The location is fantastic—within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the town center, while still offering incredible views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was clean and modern, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect base for exploring Chamonix, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"The hotels Air con wasn't strong enough. And the bar staff are not attentive. Other than that, it was a good place. I recommend it for future travellers. The location is wonderful. The concierge is helpful and professional. Overall, a great place to stay."

"First let me say how wonderful the staff was - in particular the conciergerie, the front door staff, the breakfast staff, and the staff in the cabana/beach area - they really went above and beyond to make my wife and I’s special occasion even more special - the bouquet in the room was magnificent. However, despite the grand treatment we received, we were a bit disappointed in the room - it had a wonderful view and a nice bed, but considering that we paid a good deal extra for the tower room, it failed to deliver - it really needed a good overhaul - old paint, holes n the desk and doors, lots of mildew in the bathroom, and worst of all, poor drainage in the shower meant that every time we took a shower, it flooded the entire bathroom and we were lucky it did not spill into the room. So all that to say - great and attentive staff but the room really was not worth the money."
