"I go to Reno a couple times a year for various reasons and tend to stay in the connected casinos. The J was more than a pleasant surprise. I'm not sure I will go back to the other casinos. The rooms were a little larger, cleaner, and the staff was fabulous. Also, the casino was less smokey."

"The hotel was great: clean, with welcoming staff, a fun casino, and no parking issues. What I didn't like was that my room was already paid for; when I arrived, I still had to pay fees. I got an upgrade for 19.00 a day, which was fine, but I was charged a 100.00 deposit and was looking at paying over 200.00. I asked for a receipt to be mailed to my email at checkout, and I still have not received it."

"The large pool was not in use at the time of my stay. The spas and little pool were open. The Hotel/Casino is under parking garage and convention center construction, so parking can be confusing on initial arrival. The room was clean, updated, and looked out over the airport, which was nice to look at during the later evening. They have some nice places to have drinks and dinner. Also, a great place for kid’s play. I would stay again at GSR."
