The rooms are always spotless, the room cleaners, maintenance, and security are fabulous! And I never have to worry about enough water in the room!
I tend to stay on the quieter Cedar Tower side, because the Birch tower tends to have a lot of train noise.
Just an FYI… It has because my favorite place to stay for doctor appointments ❤️❤️
Footnote: A little dark cloud was not any one’s fault, but… last night was the first time I approached the Hannah‘s café area to get a salad from the to-go deli… It was the only negative I have experienced, as the food service person appeared to not really be thrilled that she “had” to be there. Not judging, just kind of put a wet blanket on my night to be treated as a redheaded step-child at a family reunion. 😂😂 "
